These Terms govern your use of Optical Spaces at 2-3/1 (Third Floor) Temple Lane, Colombo 03. By accessing our premium office facilities, you agree to these terms that define our professional relationship.
24/7 access is granted exclusively to registered members. Access cards remain property of Optical Spaces and any duplication is strictly prohibited. Our security systems monitor all access points to ensure the safety of your workspace.
Private offices (144-360 sqft) are for professional business use only.Electricity usage is monitored via individual sub-meters. Maintain professional decorum in shared spaces to respect fellow members.
Monthly rentals (60,000 LKR – 150,000 LKR) are due at the end of each month. If electricity bills remain unpaid for more than three consecutive months, a 5% surcharge will be applied to the outstanding electricity charges. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30-day notice to accommodate market changes.
Either party may terminate with 90-day written notice. Early termination may incur fees equal to one month's rent. Optical Spaces reserves the right to immediately terminate for violations of these terms.
